The blue popsicles were raspberry-flavored. We could only buy them from the ice cream truck, not from stores.

Re: Creamsicles and Dreamsicles: If memory serves me, Creamsicles had orange sherbet on the outside and vanilla ice cream (or ice milk) inside. Dreamsicles, on the other hand, had orange popsicle on the outside with vanilla ice cream (or ice milk) inside.
